The Cardiff and Vale Music Education Harp Ensemble has been running for over 30 years. Izzy Hill is the current Musical Director.
The children are from Primary and Senior Schools in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan and range from 7 to18 years old.
The requirements for joining the Ensemble is a minimum of Grade 1 standard or above. Lever and pedal harps are acceptable for the Ensemble.
The harp ensemble rehearse fortnightly on Saturdays during term time at Cardiff High School, from 2 to 4pm.
The ensemble is an opportunity for harpists to get together and have fun playing on stage!
