Aimed at children from ages four to eight, this is a two hour morning package combining our popular Mini Music class with a small group beginner violin lesson (3 to 4 students), and our new Violin Explorers group session.
Violin lessons at the Academi are delivered by violin specialists. Our String Steps teachers are experienced group teachers who also have thriving professional performance careers. We teach a carefully structured syllabus which is curated to give an excellent technical grounding in the instrument, as well as to ignite an understanding and love of music making both as an individual journey and in collaboration with others.
Our String Steps lessons are given in groups of 3 to 4, allowing lots of individual attention as well as all the benefits of small group learning.
Violin Explorers is our group session for all our String Steps students to play together. It is a larger group session and a first introduction into the wonderful world of the orchestra.
Cost
£32 per session, £320 per term
Full weekly session includes:
